About the Role

• Projects: Tender / Price  tier one fitout/refurb projects ranging from $20M–$100M.
• Tools: Confidently work with CUBIT, Estimate One, and Procore to produce BOQs and complete comprehensive bid packages.
• Responsibilities: Price preliminaries, develop methodologies, create programmes, and submit full bids while collaborating with a highly skilled team.
• Salary: $140K–$180K, dependent on experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating.
• Experience: 5+ years post-graduate experience with a commercial builder in the NSW market.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of local trade networks and commercial fitout/refurb pricing.
