Finishing Foreman  - Large residential project - PYMBLE  Contract role 

The company

A Tier 2 builder who have been operating between the Sydney area for nearly 20 years are a consistent winner each year at the MBA awards and have created a very good name for themselves in the NSW building industry. They are known for delivering projects in the residential, $50- $200 mill

The role – Finishing Foreman 

They are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a team on a contract basis to work on a 150 apartment project located  north sydney... You will be working under an experienced Site Manager and will report to your Pm. The project is in its last 4 months so the person needs to be "hit the ground running type"

To be successful for this role you will:

• Come from a trade background 
• Previous experience with projects of $30M plus
• Apartment experience is key
• Be strong on finishing
• A team player
