We are actively recruiting a number of Site Foreman to work on projects ranging form $20m to $100m, all based in the Sydney CBD / Metro areas. We looking for seasoned Foreman who are able to bring strong contractor management, safety compliance and a raw passion for the building industry.

There is an immediate need for a high rise high end residential projects in the CBD. This is one of the best project in the city. 
 
You will naturally have excellent communication skills coupled with a decent career history working for top tier three or tier two builders in Australia.

• To be successful for this role you will need:
• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering projects from $30M plus
• Experience with a large tier three or tier two builder is essential
• Experience with a well-known builder in Australia
• Able to manage a large team
• Able to work to a tight but manageable program
• Lead from the front
• Excellent people skills
