Job Opportunity: Factory Supervisor – Wheatbelt Region (Near Toodyay)
Location: Wheatbelt, WA (commutable from Toodyay and surrounding areas)
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Circa $100,000 + Superannuation
Are you a natural leader with a mechanical mind and hands-on production experience? We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Factory Foreman to lead our production team in a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment based in the Wheatbelt, just a stone’s throw from Toodyay.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of production workers on the factory floor
Oversee daily operations of the production line to ensure targets are met
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain workflow continuity
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
