Due to locked in projects forecasted this firm has an excellent reputation in the market delivering high quality joinery and are seeking experienced Factory Foreman to ensure quality and smooth day-to-day operations.  

The Position 

• Based in Sydney's South-West
• Responsible for management of production, operations and inventory
• Hands-on role and have the ability to lead a team
• Quality control
• Report into the production manager on current progress.

About you:

• 3 years + in a similar role
• Carpentry and/or Joinery trade certificate highly desired
• Ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team
• Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills
• Carry a high level of attention to detail
• Efficient time and staff management skills essential.
