The Role:
- Play a leading function of the Project Team supporting experienced Project Managers.
- Management of all project activities during the project life-cycle
- Liaison with Builders and related consultants
- Ensuring project programme, budgets specifications are adhered and managed in a timely manner.
- Participate in project, design and related meetings
- Planning and scheduling of day to day site activities in conjunction with the Site Manager to ensure project milestones are met
- OHS and contract negotiations through to project handover
- Quality control and assurance
- Coordination of trades
- BSC in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural or trade related qualifications.
- 3+ years experience in curtain wall, glass wall and facade design
- Experience in full project life cycle including fabrication, purchasing, design and production.
