One of Australia leading owners and operators of neighbourhood retail assets are looking for an experienced retail operations and facilities manager to join their team. 

Reporting into the head of property operations the role would principally take ownership of a portfolio of assets - overseeing the day to day management of their outsourced service provider as well as working on sustainability and feeding into the asset management team for CAPEX projects.

The role would suit somebody who has experience running diverse and multi site retail portfolios. Ideally you would have experience working both directly for an asset owner as well as a managing agent so you understand the respective challenges on all sides.
