This tier 1 civil contractor have a requirement for a Executive Assistant to start immediately. The role will be based on their Werrington site and will require the successful candidate to be onsite 5 days a week, as you will be supporting the Project Director.

- Immediate start required.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Executive and broader team as required.
- Oversee and coordinate diary, including scheduling and calendar planning
- Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the Executive
- Provide administrative support, such as preparation of all client correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports
- Develop and maintain the records management system, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to date and stored safely
- Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate all aspects of internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, typing minutes and distributing to the relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for WSA-SBT Works
- Provide accurate information and customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders
- Prepare, coordinate, review and disseminate month-end (and other) reports to relevant personnel
- Identify, modify, and improve work processes where necessary
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Strong communication to liaise with the teams
- Reliable with a strong and proven work ethic
