Job description

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a global engineering consultancy, based in Brisbane CBD, to work on a large project, assisting the Design Managers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & motivated individual to establish themselves within a well-renowned multi disciplinary consultancy, with an ever-growing market presence.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
  • Inbox management
  • Diary and travel planning and organisation
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Organising and booking meetings
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Adhoc administrative duties 
To be considered for this role you will;
  • Come with at least 5 years EA experience within the construction industry
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Be proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Be accustomed to fast paced, consistently changing environments
