The Company:
Seeking an Estimator to join a well-established mid tier builder who were founded over 20 years ago and continue to grow year on year. They now operate with nearly 200 staff between the states of QLD, VIC & NSW with a T/O of over $600M.
 
They were founded in NSW and have an excellent reputation in the Sydney building market and have been operating in Brisbane for over 10 years. They are one of the major players in the commercial fit out and refurb sector and also have a large construction arm which delivers commercial/industrial and complex data centre projects. 
  
The Role:
We are looking for an Estimator who is able to price projects across both divisions but more construction focused ideally with some 5 years experience to join the team and to be a key part of the business. The size of the projects you will be tendering will value anything from $10M to $70M, their largest project in QLD to date was completed last year which was a $70M commercial/industrial project.

Requirements:

• Experience with a similar size builder 
• A strong Commercial background
• Experience on projects of $10M plus
• Fully competent with Buildsoft 
• Have your own industry contacts
• Strong client relationships
• Ability to tender competitively 
• Able to manage a small team if needed
• Stability on your CV with other Australian builders
