The Role:
As a Estimator / Contract Administrator you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Director focussing on high end boutique homes in the eastern suburbs and Northern Beaches.
  
You’ll be involved in all pre and post Contract award, responsibilities including pricing, procurement, awarding subcontractor packages, head and subcontractor variations, payments, cost reporting, budgets and progress claims etc.
  
You'll work in a small team so building solid rapport internally and with clients and subcontractors alike is essential. 
  
Projects
Projects will range from $1m to $5m Architectural homes, penthouse refurbishments and major extensions.. All projects are uber high end..
  
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a degree qualified (construction management) with 2 to 5 years experience. You’ll be a self-starter who is well presented coupled with first class communication skills. Naturally you’ll have excellent negotiation skills to drive good commercial outcomes for the project and business.
