Contracts Administrator – Remedials
 
The Company
  • Medium – Large sized remedials contractor, dominant player in the market
  • Remedials projects tend to range in value up to $6m, general remedials, cladding, refurbishment, fire upgrades, concreting and waterproofing
  • Strong pipeline of work running to July next year – slightly over capacity hence the recruitment drive
  • Plans to expand over the next 2 years
  • Good culture and environment, operate as a close network, good communication between teams
 
The Position – Contracts Administrator
 
  • Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and  procurement schedules
  • Submission and evaluation of variations
  • Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager
  • Administer RFIs to clients and consultants
  • Assisting Project Manager with daily operations
  • Maintaining project document control
  • Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers  
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working across remedial projects will be beneficial  
  • Experience with similar size projects + sectors
  • Stability with previous employers
  • A positive & proactive attitude
  • Knowledge and experience a Foreman
