  • Supporting tendering activities including scope reviews, quote analysis and trade recommendations
  • Coordinating documentation through systems such as Procore (drawings, submittals, defects, O&Ms, as-builts)
  • Working closely with project teams on site, attending meetings and liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Contributing to safety, quality and compliance across live projects
About you
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally within commercial fit-out or building
  • Proven experience managing project margins, cost reports and cash flow
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and subcontractor management
  • Confidence working on projects in the $5m–$10m range
  • Proficiency with Procore (essential) and exposure to Jonas or similar systems
  • Highly organised, commercially astute and comfortable juggling competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships on site and with clients
Why this role stands out:
  • You’ll be joining a business that genuinely values teamwork, accountability and doing things properly
  • Strong project pipelines and exposure to well-run commercial fit-out projects
  • A supportive environment that encourages growth, learning and long-term development
  • The chance to work closely with experienced project leaders and have your contribution recognised
