Job description

We are seeking an experienced P6 Planner to support Chevron’s CO2 project on a 2–3 month contract, based in our client’s Perth head office. This role will play a key part in schedule development, progress tracking, and reporting for a high-profile decarbonisation project.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Prepare and manage Level 3 schedules aligned to project scope and key milestones
Monitor progress, analyse schedule performance, and identify risks and potential delays
Provide accurate schedule reporting, look-aheads, and progress updates to key stakeholders
Support change management, recovery planning, and scenario analysis as required
Ensure schedules align with Chevron and project controls standards

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Planner on Chevron or Tier 1 oil & gas / energy projects
Strong understanding of Chevron planning and project controls standards
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
Experience developing and maintaining Level 3 schedules
Ability to work effectively in a head-office environment and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Perth-based head office role - 38 hours a week
