The company: 

This tier 3 construction company has a strong reputation within the fit out / refurb market. They are experiencing a busy period within their estimating department and require extra support. 

The role: 

Seeking an experienced Estimator who has a proven track record in the fit out space. It is approximately 8 weeks worth of work and you will be working on multiple tenders at anyone time. You will be reporting to the Chief Estimator however responsible for running your own tenders.

About you: 

• Proven track record estimating within the fit out / refurb space
• Proven track record estimating in a competitive market
• Ability to work across multiple tenders at anyone time
• Worked on tenders up to $10M + 
• Quantity surveying background
• Ideally immediately available
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Cost X or Cubit experience preferred
