This company has been established for decades and has an enviable reputation as a leader for bulk earthworks, subdivisions and road construction. The company has consistently delivered projects in NSW for decades and has a stronghold on the subdivisions market. Not a company to rest on its laurels they are now moving to the next stage of expansion and require an estimator to join this team.  

This position will require you to have local experience as an estimator : this is essential to your application. Unfortunately in depth training will not be on offer as this is a role where you will already have knowledge of the local market. It is expected that you can fit into this well respected and successful team seamlessly. Your experience will have to be with subdivisions and earthworks with first principles estimating. The position is self governed to a high degree. 

Minimum requirements for applicants are as follows:

• Civil Engineering degree 
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an estimator 
• Contract negotiation 
• Familiarity with different estimating techniques
• Ability to liaise with internal and external contacts
