The Company:
Seeking an Estimator to join a well-established mid tier builder who were founded over 20 years ago and continue to grow year on year. They now operate with nearly 200 staff between the states of QLD, VIC & NSW with a T/O of over $600M.
 
They were founded in NSW and have an excellent reputation in the Sydney building market and have been operating in Brisbane for over 10 years. They are one of the major players in the commercial fit out and refurb sector and also have a large construction arm which delivers commercial/industrial and complex data centre projects. 
  
The Role: Estimator (contract role initially)
We are looking for an Estimator initially on a 6 week contract with a strong possibility of being extended/permanent opportunity.
  
The initial need is to take the lead on a $35M tender which is a construction project. They are looking for someone experienced who can hit the ground running.

Requirements:

• Experience with a similar size builder 
• A strong Commercial background
• Fully competent with Buildsoft/Cost X
• Ability to tender competitively 
• Stability on your CV with other Australian builders
