The Company:
For the past 20 years this builder have established themselves as a builder of choice. After picking up numerous MBA awards across commercial, retail and hospitality sectors up to $20m in value. With 4 established offices across 3 states they are well positions to deliver projects for clients to a high standard time and time again. 

The Role: 
They are looking for a senior estimator for their Sydney office to work on D&C projects across a wide range of projects including new build, fit out and refurbishment works up to $50m. You'll work with the Estimating Manager and Project Managers to build the internal systems, sub contractor data base to help grow the business.

The Requirements: 
As a large office we are open to what background whether that be Project Management or Estimating the main requirement is your ability break down a project, measure, build a BOQ's and pull together a tender (with assistance from a Administrator for the submissions) 

You could be looking for a new challenge where you be expected to take a leadership position within the Estimating team and them help it grow
