Job description
CGC Brisbane are seeking a Homes Estimator for a known and forward thinking Builder looking to take the next step in their career.
The business operate in the mid-high end homes market and experiencing some encouraging growth results, and intelligent strategy - despite a challenging time in the Queensland Homes Sector.
The position will be Brisbane based Northern Suburbs, working with a very supportive and positive Estimating team.
Ideal candidate:
- 2 years plus Experience working as a Production Estimator within New Homes Construction
- Good proficiency with Databuild
- Background working within another known Homes Builder in QLD
- Background working within another known Homes Builder in QLD
- Thorough knowledge of the homes building process, and how to capitalise on inefficiencies
- An eye for detail and organised
- Well presented and confident individual
- Excellent communication skills
You must have the current right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this opportunity
