The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll be responsible for estimating and tendering on commercial fit out projects ranging from small refurbishments to large-scale interiors. You’ll play a key part in the pre-construction phase, preparing accurate cost estimates, assessing subcontractor quotes, and supporting the project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for commercial fit out projects
- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications and scope documents
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and scope clarification
- Conduct quantity take-offs using Cubit software
- Assist with cost planning, value engineering and project budgeting
- Support the project team with variation pricing and cost reporting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Estimator in the commercial fit out sector
- Proficient with Cubit estimating software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and trade pricing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
- Confident communicator who enjoys working in a small, fast-paced team environment
- Contract role with potential for extension or permanency
- Exposure to diverse and interesting fit out projects
