Are you a skilled construction Estimator looking for your next short-term contract? We’re seeking an experienced Estimator to support a large-scale residential project in the Sydney CBD. This is a 3-week contract role, with an ASAP start — ideal for someone between projects or looking for flexibility with strong project exposure.
��️ About the Role: You’ll be working alongside the delivery and pre-construction teams to finalise costings, assess trade packages, and ensure accurate documentation for a major residential development. Your attention to detail and ability to hit the ground running will be key.
�� Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates for residential construction scopes
• Analyse plans, drawings, and specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to source and validate pricing
• Assist with tender reviews and pricing comparisons
• Support the team in finalising BOQs and submission documents

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience estimating for multi-residential or large-scale residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, trades, and pricing
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. Buildsoft, CostX, or similar)
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
• Available to start immediately
