Due to sustained growth and an internal promotion, they are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their dynamic team.

The Role - play a key role in ensuring accurate cost estimations and competitive bids. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare precise cost estimates.
• Conducting quantity take-offs and developing detailed cost breakdowns.
• Collaborating with sales and project management teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Sourcing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Monitoring project costs against estimates and adjusting future projections as needed.
• Assisting in value engineering and material selection for cost-effective solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of wall paneling, ceilings/partitions, interior linings, or joinery (highly desirable).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade (preferred).
