You will be joining an established mid tier Builder with offices in NSW and QLD who work across a variety of projects within the commercial, hospitality and educational sectors. The company is in a strong financial position and will be busy in Sydney and Regional NSW for the remainder of 2024/2025
The Opportunity
As part of our planned growth, we are helping recruit an Estimator to join our established team of four. You will work closely with the Estimating Manager, other estimators, and cadets, handling the pricing of projects valued up to $35M. Proficiency in Buildsoft, familiarity with local subcontractors and pricing, and experience in a tier-two environment are essential.
In this role, you'll manage 1-2 tenders simultaneously, responsible for producing BOQs, writing methodologies, setting up initial programs, and preparing tenders for submission.
Salary will be based on experience, with an expected range of $140K - $160K

Background / Experience
- Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree
- More than 4 years working with a commercial builder
- Must have a good understanding of the local market and understand how to build.
- Knowledge and relationships with local trade base
- Ability use Buildsoft
