Opportunity
They deliver high end, fast paced fit outs ranging from $100K up to $5m throughout the Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a proven, successful team for a Estimator with 2 years + experience. This would be ideal for someone who is looking to join a dynamic team and wants to progress within a solid commercial fit out business

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work and required materials.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to obtain necessary information for estimates.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project requirements.
• Analyse project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed proposals for clients, including scope of work, pricing, and project timelines.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards.

Salary

• $80K-120K - Dependent on experience
