The Company:
Seeking an Estimator to join a well-established mid tier builder who were founded over 20 years ago and continue to grow year on year. They now operate with nearly 700 staff between the states of QLD, VIC, NSW and WA. 
 
They have been operating in QLD for nearly 10 years and have an excellent reputation in the Brisbane building market. They are one of the major players in the commercial fit out and refurb sector and are also known for delivering new build projects to a value of $250M. 

Their current largest project in Brisbane is $200M.
  
The Role: Estimator
We are looking for an Estimator who is able to price projects across both divisions ideally with some 5-8 years experience to join the team and to be a key part of the business. The size of the projects you will be tendering will value anything from $1M to $70M.
 
This is a great opportunity to join a builder who really do have an excellent reputation and new offices located just outside the city.
 
Requirements:

• Experience with a similar size builder 
• A strong Commercial background
• Experience on projects of $20M plus
• Fully competent with Buildsoft 
• Experience in both construction and refurb projects
• Have your own industry contacts
• Strong client relationships
• Ability to tender competitively 
• Able to manage a small team if needed
• Stability on your CV with other Australian builders
