Role Overview:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design and development of electrical building services systems. Working closely with the project team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Conducting detailed design calculations and analysis for electrical systems.
• Developing and reviewing technical specifications and drawings.
• Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and proposals.
• Providing technical support during the construction phase of projects.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

  
Skills and Experience:
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical building services design.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Dialux.
• Knowledge of Australian electrical standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
