An industry leading Building Services Consultancy with a strong APAC and European presence is looking to grow their market share here in Australia. This company works across multiple market sectors and is renowned for their high technical competency.
Their Sydney office is growing with each major project win and they are earmarked for great success in 2020 due to a strong pipeline of exciting and challenging projects.
Their core market sectors include; Data Centres, Healthcare, Commercial and Age Care, working on projects from medium to large scale.
The role
The successful individual will take the role of Electrical Associate Director within this consultancies growing Sydney Building Services team. This will be a role best suited to someone with high technical acumen, ideally within the data centre space or other similarly challenging and complex sectors.
The role will look after existing work won as well as a large pipeline of pending projects to drop. You will also be a key player in securing new clients and be a face of the business while out in the market. You will be expected to run the more complex projects as well as large scale electrical projects from cradle to grave, delegating and offering your high level of technical acumen and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of each project you take on.
The role reports into the office directors who will offer you as much support and scope as you need to ensure the job is done right.

The requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years Building Services experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Australian market
- Extensive client base, business acumen and ability to win work
- Experience with large scale projects, healthcare or data centres.
