A Dry Fire Estimator is required for a large Tier 1 Fire Contractor to work within their Minor Works division. The client have a national retail client which they do all the Fit-Out's and Refurbishments for, so they always have a a lot of work on with their national clients, but they also have a lot of other work with other relationships so they are in a continuous growth period and looking for someone with experience Quoting jobs and Estimating on Minor works projects up to the value of $500k, with the majority of the projects being valued at between $50k - $200k.

The client are a large national Tier 1 Fire Contractor with a presence across the whole of Australia. They have a solid structure i place with management and teams across Service, Minor works, and Major works. The management team are all in close communication and the team seems very well spirited. They like to promote form within and have recently promoted someone into the Wet Fire Estimator role, which means they now need to focus on securing a specifically Dry Fire based Estimator.

- You will have Fire Protection Industry experience either from a Construction or Service background.

- Have Estimating experience either as an Estimator or Project Manager in Minor Works projects across Dry Fire.

- Have Estimated Minor works Fire projects up to the value of $200k, but would be advantageous if you have estimated jobs closer to the value of $500k.
