The Company:
IMMEDIATE START - 8-10 week contract. North Sydney office but opportunity to work from home after onboarding. 

Your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Document Control - ensuring all documents are compliant 
• Quality check of drawings according to the procedure from contractor and sub-contractor
• Processing the document on the system
• Maintain office filing and database systems 
• Assisting and supporting the project team to manage various documents and contracts. 
• Review and maintain document registers 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make sure all documents are filed correctly 
• Using document systems including TeamBinder, Aconex, iTwoCx or similar 
• Record issues and track the location of control documents and drawings
• Assist in the coordination of Tender/delivery submission
• Updating/controlling comments/Drawing Mark-ups from comment register.
• Reporting the review workflow of pending documents to engineers

To be successful you must possess the following: 

• Minimum 4 years experience in Document Control for large infrastructure projects
• Experience with a document management system in infrastructure (TeamBinder, Aconex, iTwoCx, Ansarada or similar)
• Intermediate-Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
• Strong communication to liaise with the teams
• Local Australian Document Control experience 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reliable with a strong and proven work ethic
