Boutique Property Developer are offering you the opportunity to be involved in high-end, low-medium density, mixed-use apartment blocks.
  
They have an excellent track record of successfully delivering multi-use residential developments attracting strong sales results with their unique developments.

We are now in the position to offer up and coming Development Managers the opportunity to be involved in these artistically influenced developments.

What we are looking for:

• 4 - 6 years’ Development Management experience in a property development business within the medium to high density residential building sector.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.
• A track record of acquiring and delivering mixed-use projects.

Areas of expertise required:

• Knowledge of property development industry and the Development Application process.
• Knowledge of full project life cycle from conception to delivery.
• Ability to interpret architectural documentation and consultant reports.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and individual milestones whilst mentoring others and nurturing teamwork.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Project).
