Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Designer with a strong architectural background to contribute to our modular housing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative design capabilities and technical expertise, ensuring that our modular homes are fit for purpose. You will work closely with our engineering and construction teams to bring innovative, sustainable housing solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create and develop architectural designs for modular housing units, ensuring they meet client specifications and adhere to company standards.
• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, construction, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Innovation: Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into all projects.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and design solutions.
