About the Role:

We're looking for a Design Manager to lead innovation and product development, bringing visionary, sustainable, and commercially viable products to life. You’ll work hand-in-hand with top-tier architects, specifiers, and in-house sales and operations teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architectural product design and development from concept to launch
• Collaborate with Australia’s top architects and designers to co-create cutting-edge solutions
• Champion sustainability (FSC, GECA, NCC compliant) across all projects
• Align design strategy with commercial goals and brand reputation
• Shape the market with architecturally driven, innovation-led solutions

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in product development, industrial design, or architectural materials
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to commercialisation
• Strong knowledge of design trends, ESG practices, and materials
• Relationship builder with a creative and strategic mindset
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across R&D, design, and marketing
