Tier 1 Asset owner who can boast a healthy portfolio of property Nationally, with a very experienced Property Team are looking to add to the Design Division. You will be responsible for the upgrade, refurbishment, and fit out of existing assets and the development of state of the art new builds. You will ideally have Hospitality, Retail, and/or Commercial experience.

This would be ideal for someone with Head Contractor and/or Client-Side experience.

              You will have...

• Construction-related degree.
• Fit out/refurb experience within Retail and Hospitality.
• 2+ years of Design Management experience on the client side.
• Head Contractor experience is highly favourable.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills needed.
• Ambition and forward-thinking, dynamic individual will be best suited for this role.
