With 2 decades of experience and strong foundations in the residential sector our client has now made headlines within the commercial market. With work in hand over the next 12 months commercial projects will now make up 50% of their turnover.
They have secured a full order book until June next year will anything they convert contributing to planned growth.

The Position
Due to the amount of work in hand we are actively seeking a Design Manager who is familiar with the guidelines required to work on government projects. Reporting into head of design you will work on front end design feasibility, buildability and value engineering then support the delivery teams and manage external consultants.
You'll work in a busy and vibrant office with a professional and dedicated team who work together to achieve a quality build from inception through to completion.
They will be offering a leading salary of $180K - $200K to attract the right person

Key Skills / Desirable Background
- Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
- Experience working within a contractor ideally from a construction management background
- A strong design delivery background and experience with tier one or two builders
- Experience working across health, retail or educational projects
