We are looking for an experienced and organised Defects / Maintenance Manager to join our experienced team of construction professionals on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the maintenance schedule and repair work.

Your Responsibilities

• Appoint and Manage Sub Maintenance Contractors
• Develop maintenance schedules
• Conduct repair inspections
• Assess Defects, report finings and action accordingly

About You

• A Proven experience working on high end projects
• Prior experience working across maintenance and defects within the residential construction industry
• Prior experience managing people
• Demonstrated knowledge of building procedures and processes
• Carpentry trade background
