Our client is a highly reputable and successful Importer/Wholesaler company based out in Chester Hill. Our client has had strong and steady growth and is seeking a strong Customer Service Officer/Internal Sales candidate to join the team and support various key stake holders within the business.
Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inbound phone calls
- Answering Stock enquiries
- Processing Sales Orders
- Conducting Accounts Receivable
- Month end reconcilliation
- Coordinating with sales team and warehouse team.
- Organising pick-ups & deliveries with courier companies
- Customer Service
- Previous experience within Internal Sales/Customer Service
- Experience within Accounts Receivable
- Experience within the import/wholesale/construction industry is highly desirable
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
