They have a solid reputation for delivering projects in the commercial, industrial, age care and more recently fitout sector. Projects range in value from $10M to $100M and cover a variety sectors within the commercial industry
Based on a $100M project the Contracts Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and office based Commercial Manager to ensure the Head Contract is correctly administrated. The successfully candidate will be able to mitigate risk and ensure that things run smoothly throughout the project so there are no surprises at handover stages.

You will receive a leading salary in excess of $150,00 +
- Construction Management Degree
- Demonstrated experience administrating Head contracts on large scale projects for tier one or two builders
- Thorough understanding of NSW contractual law
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk
