They have offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and operate mainly in the commercial, education and health sectors. Their projects range from a $30m to $150m and have picked up numerous projects including a large commercial project in Westers Sydney where they require a Contracts Manager / Senior CA. This is lead role on a $80m projects. Job Pac experience for cost reporting highly regarded.

Senior Contracts Administrator/Contracts Manager
$80m Commercial Project based in Hornsby 
Lead Contracts role with 2 reports (CA's) 
  
What we are looking for

• A completed construction degree
• 7 years plus in the role of a Senior Contracts Administrator
• Worked for a recognized Tier 2 or large Tier 3 builder
• Mixture of project experience. 
• Previous job Pac experience is preferred, but not essential
