This opportunity is with a highly professional national Builder / Developer who are building their in-house construction capabilities.
   
They have two new Projects starting in Brisbane next year one $150m and one $70m. Both high end residential developments 
  
They are looking for a CA to add expertise to their team in Brisbane.
  
You will be working with a highly experienced Senior Management team overseeing all sub contractor engagement and ongoing management. 
You will also have responsibility for:

• Administration and documentation
• Assessing variations and claims
• Financial control reporting

This flat structure and exciting projects in the development environment mean this isn't your standard CA role.
