CA / Junior PM  - Fit Out
 
The Company:
  • Commercial fit out projects for high profile clients
  • Workspace, Education, Health, Medical and Building Owners
  • Projects range $1-10m

  • Looking for an enthusiastic person with fit out experience
  • Keen to progress into a Project Management position
 
Role and Skills:
 
  • Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and  procurement schedules
  • Submission and evaluation of variations
  • Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager
  • Administer RFIs to clients and consultants
  • Assisting Project Manager with daily operations
  • Maintaining project document control
  • Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers
 
Desirable Criteria:
 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience minimum as a Contracts Administrator
  • Experience working on similar projects, preferably from a competitor
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Australian working rights
