Job description

CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a site based Contracts Administrator to support a major Road Upgrade.  
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for developing preliminaries and subcontract procurement, cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reviewing subcontract submissions. The role is based on site 30 mins drive South of Brisbane CBD and we are looking to speak to Commercial professionals with the following expereicne:
Selection Criteria: 
- Must have 4 years + post graduate experience
- Prior experience working on Road projects  
- Hit the ground running in a site based commercial role 
- Must be able to work as a collaborative team 
- Strong stakeholder management and client interface skills
