The Role:
As a Contract Administrator you’ll work closely with the PM and Director who will develop  and mentor you, advancing you skills on negotiation, contract law and commercial prowess. You’ll be involved in all pre and post Contract Administrator responsibilities including procurement, awarding subcontractor packages, head and subcontractor variations, payments, cost reporting, budgets and progress claims etc.
 
You'll work in a small team so building solid rapport internally and with clients and subcontractors alike is essential. 
 
Projects
Projects will range from $5 to $50m delivering high end boutique developments. 
 
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a degree qualified (construction management) Contract Administrator with 3 to 5 post grad experience. You’ll be a self-starter who is well presented coupled with first class communication skills. Naturally you’ll have excellent negotiation skills to drive good commercial outcomes for the project and business.
