About the Company

With over 50 years experience this well known fit out and refurbishment contractor have a fantastic name in multiple states with QLD being their largest operation. In the past two years they have secured 3 of the largest Brisbane CBD fit outs for some high profile clients. They are also known as a health refurb specialist with several completed Hospital refurbs under their belt and also have a strong affiliation with the QLD Universities.

About the Role – Contract Administrator
 
They are looking to add a Contract Administrator to the team.  This is a strategic hire for the growth of the business which will see them slowly moving into new build construction to complement their current project portfolio. They are currently operating with around 15 projects on line valuing from $500K to $30M.
 
Skills and Experience 
  • A construction degree
  • Anything from 3 to 5 years plus experience as a CA
  • Fit out or new build experience will be considered
  • Previous experience with a known builder in Australia
  • Precious use of Jobpac or Cheops would be an advantage
  • Stability with previous employers
  • Good communication skills
