The Company:
Operating across QLD, NSW and Northern Territory for some 40 years this privately-owned builder has grown from humble beginnings to now employing some 600 staff, delivering projects to $75m across a wide range of sectors including Retail, Education, agecare, Leisure, Industrial and health.
The role – Contracts Administrator   
Due to many recent successful tenders and more in the pipeline, the business is looking for a few key people with one being a Contracts Administrator to join the business. The initial project you will be involved with is an $22M commercial project located in a central location. You will work closely with your PM and the rest of the site team.

What we are looking for:
  • completed construction degree
  • Anything from 3 to 7 years plus experience
  • Worked for a recognized Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
  • Have stability with previous employers
  • Previous job Pac or Cheops experience would be advantageous
  • Experience on project values from $10M plus
