The Company

Well-established and renowned Tier 1 commercial interiors contractor operating for over 20 years. Through excellent completed projects this interiors contractor has the capability in delivering QLD's most iconic and challenging projects up to $40M. With a team of over 250 staff this contractor has a busy pipeline of work with a solid reputation within the Tier 1 sector.

The Position 
  • Preparation of scope of works.
  • Coordination of subcontractors & materials.
  • Preparations of contracts/documents for subcontractors.
  • Management of progress claims & variations.
  • Ensure works are carried out within budget and specifications.
  • Assist in day to day site activities in conjunction with the Site Supervisor.
  • Management of procurement, budgets, cash flow, design coordination & cost reporting. 
  • Management of head contracts, on-going communication maintaining high level of integrity and professionalism.
About you:
  • Degree qualification in Construction Management or related
  • Strong drawing, contracts & document management interpretation skills. 
  • Be highly motivated to deliver within the Tier 1 sector. 
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
