The company: 

I am currently recruiting for a Tier 2 builder who has gone from strength to strength. The company in question has been established within the Sydney market for 30 + years, however have been operation nationally for close to 100 years. They have over $1B worth of work currently in play nationally and are looking to expand their portfolio. 

The Role / Project:

A great opportunity to join a highly reputable builder on a 8 week contract. You will be working closely with an Estimating manager to support the bid of a $400M social infrastructure project.

You will be responsible for reaching out to subcontractors, writing to scope of works and supporting the bid for this project.

About you: 

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Contracts Administrator role
- Project exposure $10M + 
- Experience with building projects is a plus but not essential
- Based in the Newcastle area
