The Company: 

I am currently recruiting for a Tier 2 builder who has gone from strength to strength. The company in question has been established within the Sydney market for 30 + years, however have been operation nationally for close to 100 years. They have over $1B worth of work currently in play nationally and are looking to expand their portfolio. 

The Role: 

- 6 month contract 

- paid weekly on an hourly rate

- Maitland area

- $40M + project 

- Immediate start

- If you are on a 417 visa this could count as your regional work

About you: 

- Tier 2 or 1 experience

- Exposure to projects $25M +

- Proven track record with running procurement onsite

- 7 + Years experience win the contracts administrator role

- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar field
