Contract Administrator - Commercial Fit Out

The Role
 
Due to growth across the business, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team on a range of commercial projects up to $20M.
You will be responsible for controlling procurement, budgets, subcontractor financials, and contract compliance throughout delivery. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting packages
  • Administer AS-based contracts including claims, variations & EOTs
  • Monitor costs and provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting
  • Liaise confidently with clients, consultants & site delivery teams
  • Maintain strong document & contract compliance throughout the build
  • Support the PM with program tracking and delivery coordination
About You
  • 3+ years' experience as a CA in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of contract law, financial control & procurement
  • Experience with AS contract forms preferred
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
