Opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join the business, you will be working alongside an experienced Project Manager helping to deliver 2-3 projects at a time.
Responsibility will include producing comparison on procurement items for the Project Manager, accurately pricing variations, monthly forecasting and payments and helping wrap up final accounts and documentation.
You will be paid a salary of $110 - $130K.

To be successful for this role you will need:
- A completed Construction Management degree
- At least 4 to 5 years’ experience post graduates as a Contracts Administrator
- Experience working in the Sydney construction market
- Commercial background
- Cheops experience is preferred
- Be well presented and excellent communication skills
