The Company:
Extremely busy Sydney-Based builder developer with a strong pipeline of live projects and in the pipeline within the residential and mix-use development. Opportunity for an ambitious Contract Administrator to work on some of Sydney’s best developments. Having doubled in size since 2016 and securing a concrete pipeline of work for the upcoming years. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a position with a busy builder working with Sydney’s top developments.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Request and review subcontractor & supplier quotations, negotiations and finalising of contracts
- Work alongside experienced Project Managers
- Ability to write detailed scope of works
- Let trade packages to subcontractors
- Progress claims and Issue Purchase Orders
- Procurement of Subcontractors
- Administration of Variations
- Administration of RFI
- Degree in Construction Management or related
- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Experience within the residential sector
- Be well-presented and an excellent team player
- Strong passion for the built environment and the willingness to succeed to get projects over the line
- Must be driven and carry a high level of dynamism
- Carry strong expertise in the ability to scope, negotiate and work autonomously
- A good understanding of construction methodologies & market rates
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong management, communication and technical skills
- Knowledge in Cheops highly desirable
